We’ve been working with IPAC for close to two years now and have been thoroughly impressed with their standards of excellence. They have trained all our team members to the highest standards of infection prevention and control and have ensured our offices are the safest they can be. They have worked with us to develop safety protocols during the pandemic and have always been available to guide us in this ever-changing field.

We have had the pleasure of working with IPAC Consulting in 2 of our LTC homes, supporting us with significant Covid 19 outbreaks. The team was very responsive, quickly answering our questions, creating a quote and then scheduling consultants to enter the homes. The consultants are well trained, very approachable and follow best practice in completing their auditing.

We chose to go with the IPAC compliance program for our all of our programs which include live in treatment mental health treatment programs, in office and community based work delivering Mental health services to children youth and their families. As part of this package we received on site assessments which included areas we needed to make modifications to reduce the risk of COVID-19 and the IPAC team developed customized training materials for our staff as well as policies and procedures for our use.
